Why won't my custom background design file upload?

If you are having issues with your file uploading, please consider these steps:

Try Google Chrome browser for best results.
Design Specs – Create your file to the exact size you are planning on ordering. Failing to do so can result in unexpected cropping. All images must be in the SRGB color profile and saved as a jpg/jpeg file in baseline standard with a resolution of 150 DPI.
If you are still having issues, try sizing it down to at 100 DPI and export compression level 10 jpeg (if that doesn't work try exporting the jpg at level 8)
